Start jogging. Jogging stimulates the endorphins in your brain and gives you a natural high. The high that runners get is addicting. That's why runners/joggers find it difficult to cut from their routine. Running keeps you fit and healthy as well.
Another way to get a natural high is to go out into nature. See the beautiful landscapes... wildlife, flowers, trees, lakes, mountains. Go for a hike out in the mountains. So often nowadays we get too busy to go outside of our "box". We would all be happier people if we would literally "stop and smell the roses".
Here's to a natural high!
Me... I'm a runner. I run at least 4 times a week. I can tell the difference in me when I miss a day of running... so can my husband, poor guy!
I'm also an avid hiker/backpacker. There is nothing quite like hiking for 3 - 4 hours and then standing on a mountain top and seeing for miles and miles, breathing in nothing but fresh air and the lovely scent of pine trees. It truly is awesome.
