What kind of house hold job would you hire a handyman to do?

I just hired one to unstick a drawer. Is that me being just to lazy?

    i would hire someone to do anything i was not able to do myself.

    Did you try to get it unstuck? Really, really try. Yes?? Then no, that was not being lazy. You hired someone to do a job that you could not do. If you did not even try--then , yes, you were being lazy.

    It is fine to hire someone to do that. It is better to get someone who knows how to fix it than to tear it up trying to fix it.

    Nothing in my house that I cant fix myself. But I have paid a maid to come clean and wash dishes lol
