Is this statement correct?

The ideally formal way to set your tabe would be to use silver silverwear, bone china dishes, and lead crystal glasses?

    No your statement isn't correct.

    tabe = table

    silverwear = silverware

    Otherwise, that sure does sound like a beautiful table setting!

    ~~~I think no matter "what" you use,,,whether it is inexpensive china ,,,,regular silverware and regular glasses,,,as long as the table is "set" correctly for formal. Using bone china and lead crystal doesnt nessessarly mean your table will be formal if you dont "set" your table correctly,,,,
