A perfect girl should have the right blend of both.she must know when to keep quiet and when to act really brave according to situations she is in. then she'll surely be a catch

Personally I like a girl/woman who has both traits. Not needy all the time but not too independent. It's in guys nature to want to protect women.

Personally, I would have to say that the quiety one's usually the most interesting. The tough ones usually talk too much about themselves and are overconfident.

I don't know. The quiet ones seem more approachable but I'm quiet too so I should probably be looking for some feisty babe to balance me out.

a strong woman makes a better partner for my favorite non-sexual activities, and a sexually "bold" woman turns me on more often, but then, the quiet types are rarely quiet in bed, (I like it noisy) ;)
