After your visit to a health care provider for the first time, what questions should you ask to determine...?

...whether you are satisfied with this provider or should you find someone else.

    You should ask yourself if you felt comfortable, if the provider answered all your questions, if you were advised on medications, dosages and when to take them and what they were for. If referrals were made, you should ask if the provider would make them and notify you or if you were to call the referrals in yourself. You need to know if the provider is going to follow your case or all the clinic providers (FNP, PA's etc) but you should see your primary care provider every third visit. Mainly, if the provider made you feel comfortable, then there would be no need to seek out someone else unless you are looking for a second opinion.
