Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical

problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed

daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be

cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful

    for getting sleep.

Sometimes, but not for an enitre week, maybe a day or two before. Hot chocolate always works as an insomnia cure for me..you should probably talk to your doctor just to be on the safe side.

No, only when I have a lot on my mind. Otherwise I sleep like a baby every night.

I don't but if you always do then its normal. I get overly anxious around that time. Hormones are a beautiful thing.
