the parts store will have the routing diagrams for all cars. ask for it. it is a serpintine belt. the tenshioner maybe a 3/8 ratchet or a metric bolt. if it is a bolt, it will be hard to move without the long tool they have for it. if you use a normal wrench watch your fingers if it slips!!!

Remove the air filter box to free up some working room. Look just under the power steering reservoir and loosen the two bolts that are in a slotted bracket. In front of the power steering reservoir there is a screw that keep tension on the bracket. Back this screw out until you see about an inch of clearance between bottom of screw and bracket. Use a long screwdriver or pry bar to pry up on the bracket from the front. The entire power steering pump and reservoir will rise up. Work your new belt in and and around both pulleys. Tighten screw up to push bracket and reservoir back down which tightens the belt. Now tighten up the two bolts on slotted bracket. Replace air filter box.

I am not sure if that is a serpentine belt or a short belt, but you have to remove tension from the belt...if it has a tensioner, all you do is put a 3/8's socket in the tensioner to remove tension and undo the belt. If there is no tensioner, you usually loosen a power steering pump or ac compressor or alternator or something to take tension off the belt.
