She will pant a lot more then normal, and start trying to find a quiet place to give birth, she'll look in closets, and in cloth baskets, etc. The panting is a sure sign though

They tend to hide and retreat to a quiet place that they feel is safe. A closet, under a deck, in a cupboard or? They like being left alone with no audiences please. They know how to give birth and just want to do it privately.

They stop eatting a day or two prior but they drink lots of water. They are tired and won't want to play or human interaction.
