Does FOIA apply to information and disposition of assets, etc. wanted by major heir named in will?

    if the will is in probate than ALL heir/beneificiries are entitled to information about disposition of assets and so forth

    if the person is still alive and competent then nobody has any right to see their will or parts thereof unless said person agrees to it. Also, it would be practically impossible to do so with a living, competent person, since they can simply create a new will "at will" as it were which would supercede the previous one.

    Only if the federal government is somehow involved.
