♥tips, tips, tips, I need tips?

What are some good exericsing tips or suggestions to flatten my stomach, arms, and legs? I'm not fat at all, it's just my stomach gotten a little bigger over the summer along with my legs, thighs, and arms lol.

Update:

No...no liposuction.

    To tone legs, I run up the stairs of my condo. Vertical running is good especially when you pack a bag of 5 kg weights.

    I do stomach crunches and sit up to "flatten" my tummy and for my arms, do weight training.

    And no, it does not make you look "bulky".

    Ok do a 15 min wrkout every day. First, do 20 cruches. Then lie flat on ur back and at the same time, lift ur legs and arms at touch ur toes without bending ur legs it hurts really bad, but it works. Then, touch ur toes a couple times. Also do pull-ups and lift ur head above the bar and hold in air. It urts ur stomach really bad but really these things work. Do them every day and it will help flatten ur stomach

    do some stomach crunches they work all the abs and are good with a healthy fruit and veggie balance you can also jog or walk its fun,relaxing and refreshing

    best thing is calistecits set-ups , push- ups things such as that. start off with low count then increasenumber you do weekly rember you only get out of it what you put in to it work at it

    well! what ypu´ve gotta do is to make some aerobics! that definitly helps to every part of ur body try jumping rope also and with some yoga it will help you lots!
