    因此, 組織裏的變數最終會由兩個因素來顯示. 第一就是動機及昇遷機會. 第二就是性別平等(這點構成變數的百分之58)以及四個單項--即 1)女性通常被排除在工作討論之外, 2) 不夠有彈性的作息表, 3) 薪水外的福利, 及 4) 冷暖不定的工作氣氛

    2.)- which contributed to 58 percent of the variance,

    這點構成變數的百分之58...

    您要的是英文字面翻譯嗎? 沒有一些基本的統計學常識,找找翻譯機就受用啦!

    variables是變數(如,計量值); variance是變異數或變異程度, that is, Variance=(S.D.)^2.

    不是看到會"變"的,都叫"變數"...

    組織變數,所以,最終都會以動機,進展機會跟兩性平等兩個因素作為代表,並且被58%不同意見跟4個單一的項目所促成.(女人被工作討論,沒有彈性的計畫表,利益提供還有冷暖氛圍所排除在外)
