What do you think about the book "Notre Dame de Paris"?

    I thought it addressed many issues no one actually realised were in the book! Most people will say "O yes Esmeralda and Quasimodo the ugly" When in fact ... They didn't see that Quasimodo was not only a virtually imprisonned in the tower, but worse even, in his own mind! It was his doing too! Then Esmeralda was very vulnerable but she was also strong in her way! She was as passionate as Quasimodo was but many don't see it because ... Movies/cartoons made distorted the whole strory too much! Finally it was an excellent chronicle of these days in Paris! So a good lesson in history as well!
