If you had to choose, would you abolish the "t" or the "g" from "mortgage"?

And I mean that first g not both g's...

Oh and why would you choose what you chose.

The "T" of course. I feel like I have to say it and then I'm trying to say it and it sounds retarded. Who the heck put that damn thing in there anyways?

Your right! Lets band together and refuse to pay, until they abolish the t from mortgage.

I would definitely say the T, look at it this way.

Mor-Gage or Mor-Tage? It sounds like Mor-gage anyway so getting rid of the g would just be weird, unless you actually pronounce the t then I guess it wouldn't be weird for you.

    I would'nt abolish any, but I don't like spelling it, it's annoying...

Why not just learn to use the english language and spell it like it is?

    The t

the t is silent anyway, it would not change the pronunciation

I would abolish T....It will sound beter MorGage rather than MorTage.....

I would say.....the "t", because it is silent and everyone always misspells it anyway...but I would make it "moregage"..
