immigration fiance questions?

when your fiance is brought here sothat you can marry in the u.s. i know that the government puts you through a series of tests to make sure that you are really living together and know each other. Does anyone know what type of questions they are?

Update:

sleep with a bed sheet between you!!!?? Ok maybe I need to specify my situation. The closest visa I can apply for is the fiance visa, but my husband (we are married) has lived in the US for 11 years and we've lived together for 3. So I guess our questions would be different? I was told by somone at the embassy that I would still have to file a fiancee/marriage visa.

How did your fiance get to stay in the US for 11 years? Did he have a work visa before? Is he in or outside of the US? If he's in the US, I think you can resolve the situation by doing something called a "change of status" from a B1/B2 (tourist) or H-1B (work), or whatever type of visas your fiance may have. You have to file some paperwork to the INS, and you will have to go on an interview. If he's outside of the US, you have to get him a fiance visa so he can enter the US and get married with you. After a couple of years of marriage, you can file for your fiance (later, husband) permanent residency. My friends told me that they ask you pretty simple questions during the interview, but you can only answer the questions if you really are a couple. Questions like what side of the bed you sleep in, what kind of underwear your fiance likes to wear, what sex position he prefers, things like that. You will be called for an interview separately, so make sure your answer matches! Good luck!

Never asked me... my attorney submitted a photo album with family and us traveling all over... Great Wall - China, Taipeh - Taiwan, Emperor's castle - Japan, Kremlin - Russia... etc. Also many pictures of family events. No questions asked. The conditional status was lifted thru the mail!

They are the type of questions you should easily be able to answer if you really are in a relationship and living together.

If you're not a TRUE citizen, get the fxck out. We have too many people who come here illegally each day. Go to your own homeland.
