I had to quit or get fired punished for bringing my child to work with me while I was on call, I had no other choice mom works nights I work days,The nurse on call with me didnt make an issue of it at the time, reported me next day bypassing my superviser to HR I decided to resign instead of being fired the HR is ADP and this is a 72hr stay surgery center any recourse I have 16month old to take care of I feel this was a malicous act on the part of the nurse and others I work with.

Contact the Labor Board, or Wage and Hour in your state. Also check with the EEOC or the Civil Rights Commission in your state. Good Luck!!!
