What should I know about mixing stacker 2 with weight training?

    Dont take it past 3 pm you wont sleep.

    Drink plenty of water.

    Eat health.

    Dont become dependent on it and make sure to cycle. I would suggest 6 weeks on 2 or 3 weeks off.
