    I cut soda out of my diet and lost 10lbs in 2 weeks. Try that and cutting out sugar period!!! Get out and take a walk once a day, do anything that will keep you moving. DO NOT take any pills or drinks or anything. When i was 12 i lost 67 in 3 months but i was starving myself. My mom wanted to put me in a hospital. Just be careful and do it the right way. Start now and lose weight then live a heathly lifestyle to maintain.

    Here are a few simple things you can do to lose a bunch of weight. As long as you stick to them, I bet you'll be successful.

    - Do NOT drink ANY soda.

    - Eat SMALL meals.

    - NEVER go back for seconds, no matter how good the meal was.

    - When you snack... ONLY eat FRUIT. NO CANDY or junkfood.

    If you do just these few things, you'll lose the weight. And pretty fast too! Good luck!

    Dont eat any fast foods cause like 1 cheese burger is 2,000 calories and isnt good for u. keep your diet basedr on 2,000 calories a day.

    Cut out sugars, cut out saturated fats. Eat what grows naturally, and eat meats that are not processed. Do not eat white bread, only whole grain high fiber breads. You'll be dropping weight in no time.
