I can only receive emails, can't compose, send, or forward. How can I resolve this? Who can I contact?

    I recommend that you repost this question with additional information. Is it Yahoo or some place else that you're having this problem? Who's your internet provider? What operating system do you use? Is it a new or existing account? Do you share your computer with other people? What if your general level of email experience?
