what kind of foods make ur skin healthy and clear?

    vegies and fruits... any kind.. steam, no fried...

    This might be a coincidence, but a few years ago I started eating a lot of Indian and Italian food- cooking them at home. Both are heavy with garlic. I probably have a whole thing of garlic a week. Anyway, since then, my skin has been much better (but my breath worse, lol)

    Well, it's not a food but, drinking lots of water tremendously helps the skin.

    for acne on face and rashs try a teabag in warm water and rub on face.

    For acne and rashes on body insert 2-4 teabags in a warm tub, stay in tub for 20+ minutes!

    get an aloe vera plant and rub it on your face, or where ever, everyday and drink lots of water.
