can you get in trooblel for writing a prescription ? and what are the con's?

    well yes you can write a prescription but if you go to the pharmacy and try to get the medicine they will ask you whos prescribe it and since its not a doctor theyll take you and the person who wrote it (if not you) they will interrogate you and put charges on your file

    Oh yes! By the way, druggists have a way of linking the prescription to the Doctor's who prescribe them. Sometimes it is a clinician number, prescription number etc. Having once been a probation officer and supervised people who have attempted to secure drugs through such means....the deed is not worth it.

    The unauthorized practice of medicine is a crime in every American jurisdiction, in addition to violating federal laws in some circumstances. If one is not a doctor, one has absolutely no business prescribing anything to anyone.

    Yes you can and you can go to jail for impersonating a doctor. Writing false presciptions is illegal. Although I don't know whether it would be a misdemeanor or a felony.

    absolautly it is a felony of 3rd degree punishable of up to 3-5 yrs prison

    if your not a doctor then it fraud and thats jail time buddy be carefull...
