Did you know?

On an American one-dollar bill, there is an owl in the upper left-hand corner of the "1" encased in the "shield" and a spider hidden in the front upper right-hand corner. I can't find them. Has anyone?

Is the design in the upper left shield supposed to be the owl? It doesn't look like one to me if it is.

Well, yes, but the shapes are really open to interpretation. If someone says "it's an owl," then you see an owl.

Notice this site says the same thing is a spider.

I've heard all sorts of claims, from the 'fact' that you can see a baby Lincon (aah, I can't spell) on the steps on the back of a penny, to the 'fact' that the pyramid on the dollar bill is a sign that aliens made the pyramids.
