The 96 year old woman had the medical history of hypertension, old stroke, dementia, left intertrochanteric fracture s/p.
Accornding to the statement of her nursing guard and ER note, the patient sufferred from fever, chills and headache for one week. There were poor appetite, general weakness and fatigue. She just discharge form our orth depart. for the intertrochanteric fracture s/p. In our ER, decreased skin turgor and acute renal failure (obstrutive uropathy) was also noted. under the impression of the urosepsis and acute renal failure, she was admitted for futher evalaution and management.
