I'm a beauty therapist, & I recommend giong to your healthfood store & getting silica tablets, silicia is a natural thing that makes up hair & nails & skin... I'm pretty sure it's safe to use in pregnancy. But I started taking that & my skin went so clear in a matter of days!
Also when washing your face, use a gentle face cloth to remove dirt & makeup, I use jurlique products, they keep my skin nice & clear. Don't strip your skin with a foaming face wash, because then your skin will just make more oil to compensate... Drink heaps of water. When popping pimples, make sure you've steamed your face for atleast 5 minutes. If it doesnt have a head (blind pimple) leave it, it's not ready & forcing it will just agrovate. If it has a white head, use a sterile pin to break the skin on the side, wrap tissue round your fingers to protect your skin, & squeeze gently, if nothing comes out straight away dont force it, leave it it's not ready. blackheads you don't need to break the skin, but follow other instructions.
Good luck, I'm sure they'll clear up soon! Also try to avoid wearing makeup when you dont have to, wash all your sponges & brushes too, as well as telephones, they can carry bacteria speading... and pillow cases too!
