醫師order常開的各科routine
請問一下醫師常開什麼
GU routine．ICU routine ．GI routin．PED routine等．．．．．
到底指的是什麼？？哪一些呢？？

這常開的這一些routine也被許多醫界大老們批評
醫師認為是護士應做的日常工作，如vital sign, on regular diet, on IV等
但護士認為這些不是routine,醫師應開確切的order: 如vital sign qid, on DM diet 1500Kcal, on IV without bottle with NS 500ml for keep line 等
