    From an ASP.NET control? Yes, e.g. (vb):

    Button1.attributes.add("onclick", "myFunction()")

    You can call .NET functions from Javascript using AJAX.

    That function, from the call on my own, seems as no count if it rather is meant to be referred to as from the placed up button on an enter variety. With textual content basically you may desire to apply the onMouseover or onClick journey to call a function - reckoning on no count in case you needed the guy to might desire to click or in simple terms flow their mouse over the textual content.
