I need the easiest way to open a e-mail and cut and paste it to word 2003?

First, make sure your document is open in Word. You can minimize this screen for the time being. Then, open the email you want to copy. Highlight the text you want to copy. Go to your edit menu, and COPY the text. Then, maximize your document. Go to the edit menu and PASTE your text.

Open the email, push CTRL-A (select all), CTRL-C (copy), open Word doc, push CTRL-V (paste).
