How have the three monotheistic religions been equally constructive as destructive?

It hasn't. Religion has been far more destructive than constructive. However, that's not to say that religious people aren't constructive.

religion itself has only produced law. Catholicism was what created the colonies, and the missions that either converted the other religions or killed. religious people on the other hand are very constructive. this skirts the issue of who are real Christians and who are name only, but setting that issue aside for th emoment, clearly,
many orphaages, hospitals and school, the abolition of slavory came about through Christianity and evern the scientific revolution in post reformation Europe Likewise we see many many undenialble accolplishments of Jews in modern tiems and Arabs as well
however the ultimate test is ultimately is a question of truth
if Jesus is the Jewish Messiah and the Jewish prophets point to HIm, the Biblically Jewish fiath is constructive
if Jesus is the Son of God the Savior, and true... then it is ultimately very constructive
if Islam says it a sin to say God has a son and denies Jesus died on the cross it is opposing the real work of God...
(just callin a spade a spade)
