Go to San Francisco, cross the Bay Bridge (Interstate highway 80) and follow it all the way east north east to the Sacramento River. A few miles later, you will see the Capitol Building and the Capital of California.

It is about 80 miles northeast of San Francisco, in California.

You want GEOGRAPHY. This is GENEALOGY. There is a difference. Genealogists are much better looking that geographers.
