    yes, substitute x=0 and y=3 and the equation holds

    yea, cause if u plug 0 in for x then u get the y=3

    yes it is the y intercept , or b, the last integer in the equation. y=mx+b. 2 is the slope of the line, it's a positive one so the line will be going up to the right.
