color on microsoft word?

how can i make the whole backround of a page in microsoft word one color?

Update:

not just the words, the WHOLE page, cuz im supposed to make a "book cover" for a school project

    Go to format click on background and select your color. Just don't forget to also change your letter colors.

    Open word under the word on the top site you find a tab called format click on that and go down you will find a placce where it is mentioned background under backgrounf there is a options to choose the background colout choose the colour and you background will be the whole page for the color you have choosen

    Well usually if you want the entire page to be a different color you would simply use that color paper. if you want like a picture or a background pattern, you would insert that picture as a background and enlarge it to the size of the paper (keeping in mind page borders)

    Use word paintings, in case you like. even though it rather is possible to make consequences in letters without utilising word paintings with the help of choosing the words and clicking on format, then on Font, then you definitely can see some consequences for the letters. a number of them (i don't understand how they are referred to as in English, I communicate Spanish) make the letters appear like they are in 2 hues.

    Go to the FORMAT menu

    and pick Background

    Then pick your color.
