How and where can I become a certified professional soccer referee?

Very difficult, you have to be appointed a FIFA one before you can even think of refereeing professionally.
And you need to join the US Soccer Federation and become a junior referee first. It will take at least 5-6 years (if you're good) to reach a stage where they can nominate you to FIFA as a referee.
At the moment there are no pro refs in the US, but perhaps over the next 4-5 years, there might be.
But you must first take that first step and sign up. It's a long winding road, trust me.

u hav to go to the mls and they will test u(not for drugs)
