I usually use an olive oil and butter combo; lard only if I'm deep frying something, which is rare.

Sometimes Olive oil, other times sunflower, or peanut, or canola. Depends what I'm cooking and how.

Almost alway use canola oil.
Occasionally olive oil, or a mix of the two.
They're two of the healthiest oils you can use.

oilive oil and corn oil, vegetable oil is a blend of leftover crap, don't use it, use pure one source oils, cook asian with corn oil and organic sesame oil, olive for all sauteing, extra virgin for salad dressings/finnishing off a dish, don't use EVOO for heating , this is not good for the oil_ altering the taste, and not good kitchen economics

olive oil... not only does it tast gooood its healthy to ah well i dont mind...
For deep frying, the olive oil grade "olive oil," is excellent because it has a higher smoke point (410º F) than virgin or extra virgin oils.
but for mixing with salads i prefer the extra virgin

extra virgin olive oil for everything but pastries
then it's all about the butta
