New to weight watchers?
I'm 196 lbs and I know I'm only supposed to have 24 points a day but this does not seam like enough since I'm so used to eating everything I want. Does anyone have suggestions?

I have lost 33 pounds in 10 weeks with weight watchers. I have tried other diets and they are to restrictive. With weight watchers you can eat anything you want, you just have to watch the points. Eat vegitables and alot of them most of them are 0 points for a cup. Fill up on those and then have a small portion of meat. Use your flex points if you want to visit Basken Robbins. Drink water and exercise to put points back on the board. You can do it!

I'm new to weight watchers too.
I way like that too.
What helps me not to get hungry is taking these, Fiber Choice Weight Management Chewable Tablets. They keep you full, and make oyu not wanna eat.
Try getting food that is not a lot of points. Good luck to you!
