    this really works. just drink two full cups of water before eating anything.

    I tried 100% Hoodia and......

    Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.

    Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

    #1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!

    #2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!

    #3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.

    #4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

    I am on the baby food diet. I know, sounds gross. Its not what you are probably thinking. I buy fruits that are baby food. The plums and apples and the blueberries and apples are really good. When you want a snack, eat a jar of baby food. For your meals, eat whatever meat, and 1 tablespoon of whatever veggies are cooked. Boil hamburger. Its actually good and healthier. Other snacks you can have are Pickles and popcorn (minus all the butter and salt). I have lost 7 pounds in a week and a half. Good luck!

    When u feel as though u want a snack, eat some ice, or just snack on ice all day, DONT FORGET TO EAT, just cut down how much u eat, if u eat a big bowl of rice cut it to half a bowl of rice, the ice thing worked for my cousin

    Out of the ordinary?Ride your bike 17 miles a day.That should definitely help.

    A tapeworm and throwing up after every meal works wonders. Oh, and cocain. I got this tip from Nicole Ritchie.

    take a picture of yourself. naked. from the side. sitting down. (no one looks good like that!)

    It'll keep you motivated!

    Oh, and the ramen noodle diet: (I swear, my friend lost 40 pounds in 90 days on this!)

    breakfast: yogurt and fruit

    lunch: ramen noodles and a veggie

    dinner: ramen noodles and a veggie.

    It takes some willpower, but it friggin' works!

    go on atkins diet. It works I am proof I lost 60 pounds on it.
