I wonder if you're experiencing joint pain, like arthritis? Is it worse in the morning? If so, look up Rheumatoid arthritis online to see if you may have other symptoms. For short-term pain relief, try taking two Arthritis Strength Tylenol in the morning to see if the pain eases. If you're exercising with a new routine, try stretching well before and after. Also, make sure you have good, supportive shoes; those can really affect your posture, hence your back and neck, after a workout. Finally, if you think it's serious, see your doctor immediately.
