How can you prove coercion?

How can one go about proveing coercion when it partains to a search of a motor vehicle? when would this apply?

    Coercion is the practice of compelling a person to involuntarily behave in a certain way, by use of threats, intimidation or some other form of pressure or force. Coercion may typically involve the actual infliction of physical or psychological harm in order to enhance the credibility of a threat.

    It will apply if you were threaded with the arrest or beating if you do not permit search. It is just an example of the coercion many other possibility exist.

    I think that you will need witness, but i suggest to consult with lawyer.
