In what aspect or perspective are you trying to gauge sincerity towards what . If you mean being sincere towards your work then well you should be in what ever you do.If its being sincere towards society then surely you should be because you have got so much from it and you have to repay it in kind and affection. how i wish you could elaborate a little more.

I try to be sincere with my friends and family when I have to. The best advice is always be truthful.
