No — he is not the killer. Why should he, he

enjoys watching people doing harm to other people.

That's his game. He could stop all the WAR in the

world with his huge army of Angels. But he still

likes watching.. like an angry old man.

The Bible teaches both that God is a loving God who shows mercy on many and also and killing machine on many who reject Him, so you are half right.

how do you know "he" isn't a killing machine?

all life dies. definitly see film Princess Mononoke.

But now he has the human wepons makers and military machines to do his killing for him. eg who paid to put 100,000 unexploded cluster bomblets in civilian Lebanon, just before the ceasefire. (UN figures)

you know, that's a good question. in my opinion, no, he isn't. we are the killers, humans caused all this war and suffering,we caused the disasters the diseases. as sad as this world is, we honestly deserve this because it's our fault.

Yes he kills mothers and children instead of old people who have lived their lives.
