What does it mean if a woman has bumps on her nipples?

    They are glands, and perfectly normal.

    During pregnancy they become even more evident and as the rest of the areola (darker colored part of the breast)

    Some women have the little glands more evident than other ones, but variations in size, color and shape are common and they mean no sickness at all.

    Usually woman that had have children might have some changes in their breast, like a slightly darker areola and nipples, and more evident glands. This depends from person to person.

    It means she's normal. Seriously, breasts are mammary glands and have milk ducts in them. The "bumps" are part of the duct system. Nothing to worry about, it's normal.

    Nothing. Some women have them, some don't.
