Who out there has actually did all your paperwork and filed your own bankruptcy without an attorney??And what were the results?Where did you find the Info. to do this and what were the actual cost?Would you reconmend this ?

    Don't skimp out on this kind of thing. A lawyer can forsee things you can't even imagine. Plus, if the creditors are at the hearing and see you without a lawyer, they might see you as an easy target for a protest.... or intimidation.

    Just shop around. You can find bankruptcy centers that do them fairly cheaply.
