WHEN A PERSON EXCERCISES SUCH AS WALKING DO THEY GAIN WEIGHt?

    Any kind of exercize will cause muscle mass to build which will weigh more than fat

    NO not unless they are dreaming about the walk, any exercise will help you lose weight not gain it, UNLESS your exercise is in the bed room then you will only lose weight 9 month later,

    No in my neighborhood there is a lady who walks every day since last april she was huge id say 350 pounds and now dam!! she looks good i think she was determined!

    its possible if you are doing something to make your muscles stronger because muscles weigh more than fat (this is why most athletes are considered to be in the 'obese' catagory because their BMI is High) but you will probably be burning fat while you are doing the excercises

    You may gain mussle weight. But you should lose weight by burning fat.

    no if you walk thats good for you ,but dont go home and start eating cause what good is the wlking if ur stuffing ur mouth after!
