Only if you have in stated in your divorce decree...You may want to check with a lawyer...In my state(TEXAS), I am entitle to my ex-husband pension , because I have it in my divorce decree....

Is it something that is stated in your divorce decree. It would have to be something that is court documented, saying you would get a portion of it. Is it a military pension? What kind of pension is it?

No really if you are divorce you have to move on and think this that you are divorced and unless you have minor children you don't get anthing thing that is his fiancially, unless you a palomony agreement.

Not likely, you generally waive any rights to property such as retirement, unless you have modifiable alimony/maintenance
