Ridding of unwanted belly fat?

I'm pretty skinny in other parts of my body, except when it comes to around my belly. i'm very unhappy. i have gained weight, and i don't like it. i'm indian, so we eat a lot of rice. i have bad knees so it is hard to run a lot. PLEASE HELP.

    eat smaller portions

    Try laying on your bak and raise your feet about 6 inches off the ground. Hold there for 10 seconds and then lift to about waist high. then lower to 6 inches form ground and repeat.

    I LOVE rice to girl =) ummm...tummy crunches...and maybe laying off the rice?! Okay nevermind, the easier one...TUMMY CRUNCHES!!
