    Yes, it means that it will perform better, wich means that it will be "faster". You increase memory bandwidth by overclocking the card's memory clock speed.

    However, increasing memory bandwidth isnt enough to imporove performance greatly, u must also overclock the core of the graphics card, wich will give u the biggest performance increase, much more then the memory.
