Is it possible that output can rise while at the same time employment is falling over a period of time(2yrs)?

Note that employment declines continuously with a loss of over 2million jobs (in de case of US)!!! If the answer is yes, what's the reason behind it?

IN SUCH A COMPANY ONE WILL ENSURE PRODUCTION WILL RISE AS PER NEEDS OF CUSTOMERS tHAT IS THE TIME LAUNCH ANOTHER PRODUCT ALREADY KNOWN AND NOW MODIFY.eMPLOYMENT DOES NOT FALL AT AT ALL.

OTHER WISE IT IS ESSENTIAL TO REDUCE WORKERS .

ONE SHOUD WORK TO GET PERMANENCY .THEN NO ONE CAN BE REMOVED.

Output rises because of a more efficient operating method-be it robotics or just trimming the fat from the staff-ya know jobs where the people don't actually do but an hours' worth of work in 8 hours on the job.

Just focusing the marketing of your product can raise production levels-there are many variables to the equation, but I'm not surprised in the least of your analysis.

Japan. Taiwan, South Korea are prime examples of doing more with less!!!

Output can increase due to the incorporation of machinery and better production techniques. At the same time, workers become displaced because processed get more efficient and machinery reduces the number of workers needed. So this can definitely happen, although over a two year period it means that the changes implemented were rather drastic, if not almost revolutionary.
