http://media.maps.com/magellan/Images/mrusap2.gif has got the map with states and their capitals
However, for a nice view from which you can draw the states, I suggest you go to this site :-- http://www.mapsofworld.com/usa/usa-maps/world-map-...
Its neater and can be copied for drawing easily. Good Luck with your efforts
