The two parties are exactly the same, and there aren't enough people actually voting in America to have a true popular vote winner. Update 2: There are no REAL differences between parties. They differ on trivial things(abortion, gay marriage, secularism, etc.) but ultimately they're both the same corporate money-fueled, interest group kowtowing spineless bastards that are shitting on our constitution everytime they open their mouths.
