    Try googleing: scanner, monitoring, police codes, etc. They're not public, but the hobby of scanning's got websites where users submit the info. Ya can often deduce the meaning from the context. a "20-40" (made up code) call, then the officer saying it was a false alarm and the business is secure..... "20-40" would be business burglary/security alarm...

    I have 10-11 in progress, 42 is 10-10 at Mcdonalds and 435 is 10-100. request back up from 57 enroute to Elm St, where a lady's Poodle just got locked up with a Bulldog. 10-4

    The codes are usually listed in the Depts SOP's.If u meant to ask what are the radio codes you are going to have to ask the dept for that.Most depts do not give that info to the public.

    go to a Radio Shack and buy a book of codes for your state. it will run you from 15.00 to 25.00 dollars.
