Money , knowledge, a gambling type of personality , a risk taker , and driven to succeed . You also need good accounting skills, sales skills, and drive . You can not be afraid to fail and you also need lots of drive . Did i mention drive ?

The most important one is sales. Remember, if you cannot sell, you cannot do business. The other skills are, people management skill, knowledge of business systems, marketing, financial knowledge and economics.
