Is the B12 plan good for losing way in a healthy manner?

any diet plan is only good for the short-term. The healthiest manner to lose weight is long and tedious, BUT you're more likely to keep the weight off once you lose it. Exercise 4-6 times a week for at least 30 minutes everyday, with 2-3 days (alternating) of weight training and muscle toning. Cardio exercises can be done daily. With a nutritional diet (plenty of water, fruits, veggies, lean meats & whole grains) and exercise, you will see results pretty quickly. You may lose up to 10 pounds a week at first, but after a few weeks, anything more than 2-2.5 pounds per week is unhealthy and puts a major strain on the body. Consult with your doctor and look into joining your local YMCA-they seem to have the lowest membership rates most often.

More of one vitamin doesn't help anything. You need a balance of all the vitamins for your body. Too much of one vitamin will block out the absorption of others.
